O\u0160 Vara\u017edin<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Tjedan\u00a0\u0161kolskog\u00a0doru\u010dka\u00a0provodi se od 2020. godine u sklopu projekta\u00a0<em>\u017divjeti zdravo<\/em> kako bi se podigla svijest o va\u017enosti nutritivno bogatog\u00a0doru\u010dka\u00a0za svako \u0161kolsko dijete. Svaki dan se u\u00a0\u0161kolama\u00a0diljem Hrvatske poslu\u017euju tisu\u0107e doru\u010daka \u0161to predstavlja razlog za slavlje i zato su odlu\u010dili svake godine jedan tjedan posvetiti upravo proslavi\u00a0\u0161kolskog\u00a0doru\u010dka, s naglaskom na zaista va\u017enu ulogu\u00a0\u0161kolskih\u00a0kuhara i kuharica u o\u010duvanju zdravlja djece.<\/p>\n<p>Ovogodi\u0161nja tema programa je\u00a0\u201e3,2,1 Kreni\u201c\u00a0\u010dime se \u017eeli naglasiti da hranjiv\u00a0\u0161kolski\u00a0doru\u010dak\u00a0poma\u017ee osigurati u\u010denicima akademski uspjeh u \u0161koli i priprema ih za \u201epokret\u201c. Istra\u017eivanja pokazuju da su djeca koja doru\u010dkuju u \u0161koli uspje\u0161nija u \u010ditanju i matematici, imaju bolje rezultate na testovima znanja, imaju bolju koncentraciju i pam\u0107enje te odr\u017eavaju zdravu tjelesnu masu.<\/p>\n<p>IV. O\u0160 Vara\u017edin ove \u0107e godine provesti niz aktivnosti kojima \u0107e proslaviti \u0161kolski doru\u010dak. U tjednu od 10. do 14. listopada 2022. godine ukrasit \u0107emo \u0161kolu u \u010dast<\/p>\n<p>njegovu veli\u010danstvu \u0160KOLSKOM DORU\u010cKU! Svakodnevno \u0107emo podsje\u0107ati u\u010denike na va\u017enost zdravog i redovitog doru\u010dka, a u \u0161kolskoj \u0107e im kuhinji biti poslu\u017een sljede\u0107i jelovnik:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Pametna zobena ka\u0161a, mlijeko<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Palenta s jogurtom<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Priprema, pozor, kajgana! + kruh i \u010daj<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Integralni griz, cimet, \u010dokoladni posip<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Sportski sendvi\u010d (\u0161unka, sir, zelena salata, integralni kruh)<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Tjedan \u0107emo zapo\u010deti edukativnim predavanjem. U goste \u0107e nam do\u0107i uspje\u0161na sporta\u0161ica, a ponosno mo\u017eemo istaknuti i biv\u0161a u\u010denica, <strong>Jana Ko\u0161\u010dak<\/strong> koja \u0107e u ponedjeljak, prije \u0161kolskog doru\u010dka, govoriti o va\u017enosti zdravog doru\u010dka u prehrani sporta\u0161a te o prehrani sporta\u0161a op\u0107enito. U utorak \u0107e gost \u010cetvrte biti <strong>dr. Nenad Kudeli\u0107<\/strong>, poznati vara\u017edinski neurokirug koji \u0107e u\u010denicima govoriti o utjecaju doru\u010dka na mozak i u\u010denje. Posljednje u nizu predavanja bit \u0107e u \u010detvrtak &#8211; u goste nam dolazi nutricionistica\u00a0 \u00a0<strong>Ivana Domislovi\u0107<\/strong> , vlasnica obrta za edukaciju i savjetovanje Verde Family, koja se dugi niz godina bavi prehranom djece od po\u010detnih ka\u0161ica do prehrane djece sporta\u0161ai prehrane odraslih. Ponosno mo\u017eemo istaknuti da su svi gosti posebnom vezom vezani za na\u0161u \u0161kolu, kao biv\u0161i u\u010denici ili roditelji na\u0161ih u\u010denika. Govorit \u0107e nam o va\u017enosti nutritivno bogatog doru\u010dka, \u0161tetnosti nutritivno siroma\u0161nih jela i preskakanja doru\u010dka te op\u0107enito o zdravoj prehrani djece uz smjernice kako se zdravo hraniti.\u00a0 Aktivnosti \u0107e se odvijati i u pojedinim razredima pa \u0107e tako 5.c, koji je sa svojom razrednicom Kristinom Sadiba\u0161i\u0107 i organizirao spomenuta edukativna predavanja, provesti niz aktivnosti kojima \u0107e odraditi <strong>Petodnevni izazov<\/strong> \u2013 <em>Probudi se!, Pokreni se!, Prou\u010di doru\u010dak!, Pripremi doru\u010dak!, Potakni promjenu! <\/em>U provo\u0111enju izazova pridru\u017eit \u0107e im se i u\u010denici 6.b. Oni \u0107e poku\u0161ati i nadma\u0161iti \u0161kolsku kuharicu g\u0111u Sandru Hi\u017eak tako \u0161to \u0107e u ponedjeljak donijeti svoje verzije zobene ka\u0161e \u2013 prekono\u0107nu ka\u0161u te ponuditi na ku\u0161anje i biranje najbolje.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Program 3,2,1 Kreni provodi se u tjednu 10.-14. listopada u IV.
