O\u0160 Vara\u017edin zavr\u0161io je sportskim sendvi\u010dem, vjerojatno najprihva\u0107enijim doru\u010dkom tjedna. Tjedan\u00a0\u0161kolskog\u00a0doru\u010dka\u00a0provodi se od 2020. godine u sklopu projekta\u00a0<em>\u017divjeti zdravo<\/em> kako bi se podigla svijest o va\u017enosti nutritivno bogatog\u00a0doru\u010dka\u00a0za svako \u0161kolsko dijete. Svaki dan se u\u00a0\u0161kolama\u00a0diljem Hrvatske poslu\u017euju tisu\u0107e doru\u010daka \u0161to predstavlja razlog za slavlje i zato su odlu\u010dili svake godine jedan tjedan posvetiti upravo proslavi\u00a0\u0161kolskog\u00a0doru\u010dka, s naglaskom na zaista va\u017enu ulogu\u00a0\u0161kolskih\u00a0kuhara i kuharica u o\u010duvanju zdravlja djece.<\/p>\n<p>Educirali smo se kroz predavanje mlade sporta\u0161ice <strong>Jane Ko\u0161\u010dak<\/strong>, neurokiruga <strong>Nenada Kudeli\u0107a<\/strong> te nutricionistice<strong> Ivane Domislovi\u0107<\/strong>. Nau\u010dili smo da uspje\u0161ni sporta\u0161i obavezno doru\u010dkuju, znamo koja hrana uspje\u0161no hrani na\u0161 mozak, koje namirnice pobolj\u0161avaju rad pojedinih organa&#8230; Dobili smo sve potrebne smjernice za pobolj\u0161anje prehrambenih navika. Teoriju znamo, samo je moramo nastaviti primjenjivati u praksi.<\/p>\n<p>Korak po korak, namirnicu po namirnicu; uz malo volje za pobolj\u0161anje prehrambenih navika i isprobavanje novih okusa i kombinacija mo\u017eemo posti\u0107i mnogo. Djeca uglavnom te\u0161ko prihva\u0107aju nove namirnice, u\u010denici vi\u0161ih razreda osnovne \u0161kole skloni su kao i srednjo\u0161kolci obo\u017eavanju brze hrane, \u010dipsa, slatki\u0161a i gaziranih pi\u0107a. Kao da ponekad sve one zdrave navike koje im odmalena roditelji poku\u0161avaju usaditi padnu u vodu. Pristup koji zagovara nutricionistica Ivana Domislovi\u0107 ka\u017ee da sve to mo\u017ee, u ograni\u010denim koli\u010dinama i kada nam je organizam ve\u0107 nutritivno namiren.<\/p>\n<p>Dakle, nemojmo si uskra\u0107ivati\u00a0 pojedine namirnice i vrste hrane u prehrani, ve\u0107 ju obogatimo nutritivno bogatim namirnicama pa mo\u017eemo bez gri\u017enje savjesti pojesti i taj\u00a0 hamburger i pomfrit kada po\u017eelimo.<\/p>\n<p>Djeca u \u0161koli borave svakodnevno ve\u0107i dio godine stoga je va\u017enost \u0161kolskog doru\u010dka velika. On mora biti nutritivno izbalansiran. Potrebno je da sve uklju\u010dene strane aktivno i svjesno sudjeluju u promjeni nabolje. Novi jelovnici nemaju smisla ako djeca nisu spremna prihvatiti ih. Na \u0161kolskim je kuhinjama da uvedu nutritivno bogate namirnice u jelovnike u djeci prihvatljivim kombinacijama, a na djeci je da daju \u0161ansu novim okusima.<\/p>\n<p>U Tjednu \u0161kolskog doru\u010dka, osim spomenutih predavanja i novog nutritivno izbalansiranog jelovnika, radili smo prekono\u0107nu zobenu ka\u0161u, pisali sastavke, istra\u017eivali i informirali se.
