Djeca na njima sjede za vrijeme nastave &#8211; dok \u010ditaju, pi\u0161u, crtaju&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Pitali smo njihovu u\u010diteljicu <strong>Gordanu Fode<\/strong>r \u0161to je bio\u00a0 glavni motiv za uvo\u0111enje lopte u nastavu te nam je rekla kako smatra da je u\u010denicima te\u0161ko sjediti 5 sati na tvrdim stolicama i kralje\u017enica im se savija, a na pilates loptama im je lak\u0161e sjediti i koncentrirati se. U\u010diteljica smatra kako bi i ostatku \u0161kole pilates lopte bile korisne.<\/p>\n<p>U\u010denici 3.c jednoglasno se sla\u017eu kako je sjedenje na loptama puno bolje od sjedenja na klasi\u010dnim stolicama.<\/p>\n<p>Lopte poznate kao <strong>p<\/strong><b>ilates lopte<\/b> idealne su za profesionalnu i ku\u0107nu uporabu. Koriste ih fizioterapeuti, osobni treneri i\u00a0 fitness treneri. Kod u\u010denika koji na loptama uglavnom samo sjede najve\u0107i je utjecaj na dr\u017eanje i pravilan oblik kralje\u017enice. Va\u017eno je odabrati odgovaraju\u0107i veli\u010dinu lopte, prilikom sjedenja na lopti kut izme\u0111u bedara i gornjeg dijela tijela trebao bi biti vi\u0161e od 90\u00b0.<\/p>\n<p>Budu\u0107i da su brojna istra\u017eivanja pokazala da je svakodnevno dugotrajno sjedenje \u0161tetno za ljudski organizam, ovakav oblik sjedenja za vrijeme nastave sigurno je dobar za zdravlje u\u010denika jer oni provode i do osam sati dnevno u sjede\u0107em polo\u017eaju.<\/p>\n<p>Matej Gabriel Monteleone 5.a<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>U 3. c razredu na\u0161e \u0161kole redovito se na nastavi koriste pilates lopte.
